Kenneth Mann to give talk at 10th WFH Global Forum

The World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) is very pleased to announce that we will be welcoming Kenneth Mann, MD, PhD, at this year’s WFH Global Forum, where he will be giving a talk entitled: Assessing procoagulant and anti-coagulant pathways in patients treated with new agents. Mann is internationally known hemostasis researcher who has made a number of important coagulation-related discoveries, including the isolation and characterization of blood-clotting factor V and the prothrombinase complex, and the description of the mechanisms of action of pro- and anticoagulants. Over a prolific four-decade career, Mann has received several national and international awards, including the Stratton Medal and the E. Donnall Thomas Lecture and Prize from American Society of Hematology.
