Next month, the CLAHT Group (Grupo Cooperativo Latinoamericano de Hemostasia y Trombosis) will hold its XXVII International Congress of Haemostasis and Thrombosis from August 18 to 21, 2021 in Colombia. The event will cover the latest developments in the field of bleeding disorders care for South and Central America. On August 19 at the congress, the WFH will be holding a half-day symposium which will explore how the federation’s strategies will be implemented in Latin America.
The symposium—which will start at 14:00 COT (3:00 p.m. EST)—will be hosted by senior WFH leaders Cesar Garrido, President; Glenn Pierce, MD, PhD, Vice-President, Medical; Miguel Escobar, Medical Member; and Assad E.
